Nose: Rancid, peaty, butter, calm,
Flavour: Salt, peat, dynamic, smoky, slightly vanilla, sweet, stimulating, grain, herbs, pronounced. Has a lot of character.
Body: Slightly dry, oily, slightly granular structure, long lasting dynamic finish.
Comments: This barrel must have been overflown with sea water numerous times during fierce autumn storms. Superb.
