Nose: Sea salt, slightly sour, faint.
Flavour: Salt, olive oil, seaweed, subtle, some citrus.
Body: Slightly oily, pleasantly dry, a little dynamic, has a comfortable calm finish.
Comments: Needs a few drops of water to really come to life. A very enjoyable whisky
