Nose: Warm, slightly rancid, a little citrus, a few nuts, slightly bitter, cheese.
Flavour: Bitter, syrup, peppery, citrus, smoke, wood, butter/rancid.
Body: lightly sharp, round, full, pleasantly dynamic, very nice lasting finish.
Comments: Do add some water, but there's no stopping it after that.
