Nose:
Peat, sea salt, smoke, slightly sour, faintly rancid.
Flavour:
Salt, smoky, fruits, peat, sweet, slightly sour, slightly pepper, slightly rancid.
Body:
Slightly dry, oily, dynamic, charming, has a rippling lasting finish.
Comments:
It's one of the more timid kinds, but nowadays you can't go wrong with a Port Ellen.
