Nose: Smooth, gentle, slightly salty, blossom, fruity, honey, spring.
Flavour: Salty, slightly spicy, stimulating, round, slightly sal ammoniac.
Body: Round, full, complementary dryness, great oiliness on the cheeks, complex and dynamic. Full and lasting finish.
Comments: I can't help being a sucker for convalmore. Somehow a few sips is enough to bring my spirit to a higher plain.
