Nose: Slightly some velpon glue, citrus, frouts, wood.
Flavour: Salty, peppery, wood, fruit (tangerine?), a little sherry.
Body: Smooth, round, pleasantly dry. Has a calm finish.
Comments: Unfortunately it lacks some of the complexity of the other Convalmore's I've tasted, and the amount of alcohol is just a little too much. This doesn't mean it isn't still an enjoyable whisky.
