Nose: A lot of Oloroso sherry, full, thick, some spices.
Flavour: Oloroso sherry, wood, buttery.
Body: Slightly dry, thick, oily, has a full sherry finish.
Comments: We do like it, but unfortunately the sherry's too dominant. This results in a one-dimensional whisky. A little citrus might have done the trick.
