Nose: Glue, sweet melon, wood, a little citrus, some kind of red fruit.
Flavour: Sharp, fresh, slightly sea salt, a little sal ammoniac, jam from blackberries, cream, spices, woody, a hint of glue.
Body: Pleasantly dry, full, deliciously dynamic, great rippling finsh.
Comments: It gives us a lot of joy to find a great whisky which is able to create it's own niche.
