Nose: A little peat, sweet, honey, blossom, some sulfur, earthy, slightly stale.
Flavour: Pepper, sal ammoniac, some sea salt, sweet liquorish, wood, peaty, full.
Body: Nicely round, full, slightl;y sharp, a little dry.
Comments: A beautiful full whisky. It's a great marriage of peat and sherry. Two of my favorite types whisky.
