Nose: Flowers, a little sour, grassy, faint.
Flavour: Fresh, vanilla, sea salt, subtle, apples, slightly sour,, some pepper, faint, wood, a hint of smoke.
Body: Faint, slightly dry, syrupy, has a very nice calm lasting finish.
Comments: Just enjoy with a little light reading and all should be well.
