Nose: Faint, a little sour, slightly rancid, fresh, slightly stale, some unions and leek.
Flavour: A little sour, some wood, slightly peppery, a simple sweetness, red unions, like a damp forest, finishes with a little cough syrup.
Body: Slightly fatty, a little dry, calm finish.
Comments: Pleasantly simple to drink with an enjoyable character.
