Nose: Sherry, citrus, smooth, woody, earthy.
Flavour: Sherry, wood, a little bitter, flowers, sweet, fruity, slightly peppery, spicy finish.
Body: Slightly dry, stimulating, reasonably dynamic, great lasting finish.
Comments: There's a lot more than meets the eye here. I guess I've just got to taste more to find our, bummer.
