Nose: Gentle, smooth, faint, a hint of pepper, slightly bitter.
Flavour: Smooth, a little sour, some pepper, salty, a small amount of glue, grain, a little bitter finish.
Body: Flexible, calm. Not much of a finish.
Comments: It's whisky, and it won't bite. Sometimes that's all you want.
