Nose:	Sourish, caramel, a little nutmeg, a little glue, some smoke.
Flavour:	Some ash, seasalty, sweet, some fruityness, nice round wood, spices, peppery.
Body:	Stimulating, slightly syrupy, slightly dry, calm finish.
Comments:	Nothing more, but definitely nothing less than very nice.
