Nose: Faint, slightly sweet and sour.
Flavour: Gentle, honey-like. Has a dark base.
Body: It's smooth in general, but has a powerful undertone. Thick but with a slightly dry finish which covers the entire mouth.
Comments: One of the contenders for 'Best aperitif of the year'.
