Nose:	Mild peat, salty, woody, slightly smoky, gentle.
Flavour:	A little peaty, a little lemon, sweetness from stone fruits, wood, develops nicely around your mouth.
Body:	Oily, beady structure, slightly dry, calm and dynamic.
Comments:	Even though it's not one of the brilliant Port Ellen's, it's definitely good enough to make me smiling from ear to ear.
