Nose: Brown sugar, faint smoke, a hint of red fruit, bolognaise chips, sweaty toes.
Flavour: Sweet, a little smoky, some sea salt, some wood, red fruit, sourish, spices.
Body: Slightly creamy, slightly dry, stimulating, dynamic.
Comments: I'd let Van Wees select a few more casks if it were up to me.
