Flavour: Peat, sea salt, sal ammoniac, sweet, stimulating, spices, peppery, slightly sour.
Body: Slightly oily, stimulating, slightly dry, round, dynamic, beautiful well balanced finish.
Comments: Port Ellen: the distillery that keeps on giving.
