Nose:
Peaty, slightly rancid, flowers, some sea salt, some sherry, slightly medicinal, calm.
Flavour:
Peat, sea salt, sal ammoniac, sweet, stimulating, spices, peppery, slightly sour.
Body:
Slightly oily, stimulating, slightly dry, round, dynamic, beautiful well balanced finish.
