Nose:	Apple molasses, a little glue, some earth, berries, toffee.
Flavour:	Sweet, red wine, seasalt, iodine, spices, pepper, satay saus, mocha.
Body:	Sticky, calm, oily finish.
Comments:	Great depth for it's age, which can be partly contributed to the sauternes finish. Can't wait for a mature version.
