Nose: Warm, fresh, vanilla, little salty, hint of smoke, little fruity.
Flavour: Fruity, citrus, vanilla, wood, some smoke, white pepper, full and round.
Body: Round, slightly oily, slightly dry, smooth.
Comments: Definitely worthy of being the Feis Ile 2012 bottle.
