Nose: Gentle, buttery, vanilla, seasalty, a little stale, humus, mowed grass early in the morning.
Flavour: Sal ammoniac, vanilla, some acetone, buttery, a little peat, a little bitter.
Body: Dry, a little fat.
Comments: Great nose, but lacking in flavour. Still far from finished.
