Nose: Gentle, sweet, grassy, red apples.
Flavour: Sweet ripe pear, chili, hint of salmoniac, dynamic, finishes more like a black and white lillopop.
Body: Slightly creamy, clear, oily, a little dry.
Comments: Could very well serve as the replacement for the two parts of fruit that keep the doctor away. Develops very nicely.
