Nose: Vanilla ice cream, old wood, dried fruit, a little caramel.
Flavour: Light sherry, dark chocolate, sea salt, dried fruit, a little rubbery, a hint of sulfur.
Body: Rough dryness, slightly greasy, sticky on the cheeks.
Comments: This is how a sherried Sprinkbank should be like.
